If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us, you can return it within fourteen (14) calendar days.
Items must be returned to our returns center unused and in good condition. A copy of the delivery note must be enclosed.
The purchase price and any taxes will be refunded to the method of payment used when purchasing the product. Please note that this also applies to items purchased as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchase price will be refunded to the buyer using the payment method chosen during purchase.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item is returned due to a defect or damage. If you would like to return an item because it is damaged or defective, please see the “Damaged or Defective Product” section below.
Refunds will not be made if the product is software that we delivered to you sealed and unused and you broke the seal, or if you successfully downloaded the software from the Polar Store website.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow the instructions below when packing and returning the product. We can only process the return successfully if the instructions are followed exactly.
1. Return the item in its original packaging.
2. Pack the item carefully so that it is not damaged during shipping. We recommend using bubble wrap and a cardboard box.
3. Enclose a copy of the delivery note. We cannot process returns for deliveries received without a delivery note.
4. Print out the address label (CLICK HERE).
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
To return a damaged or defective product within fourteen (14) days, write to CUSTOMERSERVICE@SHOPPOLAR.DE with the subject line “Polar Online Returns”. Staff are available Tuesday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (holidays excluded) to assist you with returns.
You can find out how to proceed with the return from our customer service team. After we receive the item, you will be refunded the purchase price and any taxes incurred. The amount will be refunded to the payment method used when purchasing the product.
The Polar warranty applies to products that become defective after the 14-day return period has expired. They will be repaired or replaced at Polar’s service center.
To return a product for warranty coverage, please visit the POLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE PAGE. There you will find the list of Polar service centers. Visit the support page for your country for information about sending devices in for repair. Please remember to include a copy of the proof of purchase for the product.
